My Role

I was responsible for Primary research in Treasury Management and Commercial Card Service

• Conducted Evaluative testing with 10+ Participants using User Testing, synthesized and designed against findings that reduced the bounce rate for primary user flow by 30%

• Delivered 20+ Prioritized UX Recommendations to the B2C software executive team using Heuristic evaluations.

• Discovered the recurring challenges of commercial customers about their opening account and maintenance workflows and enhanced their user experience

• Collaborated with Engineers, and Product team to maintain consistency and coherence across features on Commercial Card products.

• Presented the insights and findings to the stakeholders and proposed enhanced design solutions to the product and Management team.
